We will send you details of Liebich & Partner events, products and news per email if you have either

    • explicitly requested this by clicking on one of the relevant boxes
    • provided us with your email address via registration for an event (e.g. L&P forum), via downloading further information (e.g. White Paper), or via another download.
Mailings are carried out in our name by HubSpot Inc. and are tracked by campaign.

    2.6 Customer Magazine LuPe

If you would like to receive the customer magazine offered on our website, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. 3. How do we use and share your data

Your privacy is very important to us. Any information you provide us with is treated confidentially and only shared with third parties if we need to do this in order to fulfil a contract, for example, to give order information to a supplier. Under no circumstances will we rent or sell your personal or personally identifiable information to third parties for their own use. We will only use your personal data to successfully deliver our services (e.g. you signed up for a seminar), to answer your queries and when we internally compile anonymous statistics. The only exceptions are with services requested by you, which involve your consent for the further use of your data as well as for sharing your data with state institutions and authorities if obliged by law.

If we advertise for other companies on our website, such advertisements will be clearly indicated. The Regional Court of Hamburg issued a ruling on 12 May 1998, the so-called "Liability for Links" (312 O 85/98) ruling, and clearly decided that by adding a link one may also be held responsible for the contents of the linked page, in other words, may be made liable for this content. This can only be avoided when the website owner explicitly distances itself from the content of the linked Internet pages, which Liebich & Partner Management- und Personalberatung AG hereby does. Liebich & Partner Management- und Personalberatung AG will not share any data with non-EU countries without your consent, unless this is necessary to fulfil a contract and expressly permitted by the DSGVO.

3.1 Planned transfer of data to third countries

Currently it is not planned to transfer data to third countries, otherwise the necessary legal prerequisites will be created. In particular, you will be informed as appropriate about the recipients or categories of recipients in accordance with the legal requirements.

This may be the case if the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was originally processed, or you have withdrawn your consent and if there is no other legal basis for processing the data; the person in question objects to the processing of personal data (and there are no overriding reasons for processing - this does not apply to objections to direct marketing). To exercise your above right, please contact the addresses below.

4.4 Your right to limit processing

You have the right to restrict the processing of your data if the conditions are met and in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO. To exercise your above right, please contact the addresses below.

4.5 Your right to data transferability

You have the right to data transferability in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO. You have the right to receive the personal data that you provided to us in a standard, structured and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another responsible person, such as another service provider. This is subject to the condition that the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out using automated procedures. To exercise your above right, please contact the addresses below.

    4.6 Your right to object

Pursuant to Art. 21 DSGVO you have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, which is carried out, among other things, on the basis of Art. 6, paragraph 1 e or f, DSGVO. We will stop processing your personal data unless we can prove there are compelling reasons for processing worth protecting, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedom, or that the processing serves the assertion, exertion or defence of legal claims. To exercise your above right, please contact the addresses below.

4.7 Right to complain to a supervisory authority

You have the right to have any data, which we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfilment of a contract, delivered to yourself or to a third party in a standard, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.

5.2 Integration of social network plug-ins

Our website uses buttons for the following social networks:

    • facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA
    • Twitter, Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA
    • Xing, XING AG, Gänsemarkt 43, 20354 Hamburg, Germany
    • YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno CA 94066, USA
    • LinkedIn, LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA

The buttons are marked with the logo of the corresponding social network. These are not the usual social plug-ins, but buttons with stored links. The buttons have to be activated (clicked) specifically by you by clicking on them. As long as these buttons have not been clicked on, no data will be transferred to the social networks. Only when you have clicked on the buttons and thereby declared your consent to communication with the servers of the social network, then the buttons become active and the connection is set up.

After clicking, the button is equivalent to a so-called share plug-in. The social network receives information about the page visited, which you share with your contacts in your social network. If you want to share the information, you have to be logged in. If you are not logged in, you will end up on the log-in page of the social network you clicked on, and you will no longer be on the “tuev-hessen.de” website. If you are logged in, then the information that you would like to recommend the respective article is transmitted.

By activating the button, the social network then also receives, amongst other things, the information that and when you have accessed the relevant page of our website, as well as your IP address, details of the browser used, and language settings. If you click on the button, your click will be transmitted to the social network and then used according to its data usage guidelines.

When the button is activated, we have no influence on the data collected and how it is processed, and are neither responsible for this data processing nor are we responsible in this respect according to the DSGVO. We are also not made aware of the full scope of the data collected, its legal basis, the purposes for collection and the how long it is stored. Therefore, the information provided here is not necessarily complete.

The data is transmitted regardless of whether you actually have an account with the provider or are logged in with them or not. If you are logged in with the provider, your data will be assigned directly to your account. The providers may also use cookies on your computer to track you.

To the best of our knowledge, the provider stores this data in user profiles, which it then uses for advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) in order to display needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles. To exercise your right to object, please contact the respective provider.

Information on the purpose and scope of the data collected and the further processing and use of the data by the respective social network, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found:

If you do not want the social network to receive data about you, do not click the button.

5.3 Online Presences in Social Media

Liebich & Partner maintains several online presences on social networks and platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, youtube, Xing and LinkedIn, in order to be able to communicate with active users there, and to inform them about our service portfolio. For this purpose, Liebich & Partner makes use of the technical platforms and services offered by the operators. In social networks and on other external platforms, the data protection regulations of the respective operators apply, even if we pass on information and maintain presences there.

We point out to you that you are personally responsible for using the services and functions of social networks and platforms offered here. This applies in particular to the use of interactive functions (e.g. commenting, sharing, rating, etc.). The data collected about you in this context is processed by the operators of the platforms, and may be transferred to countries outside the European Union. The corresponding data protection guidelines describe in general terms which information the operators receive and how this information is used. On the individual platforms you will also find information on how to contact the operators and on setting options for advertising.

It is not conclusively and clearly declared by the operators and is not known to us how the operators of the social networks use data collected from visits to the respective pages for their own purposes, to what extent activities on the pages are assigned to individual users, how long this data is stored and whether data from a visit to the respective page is passed on to third parties.
