Product Line Manager EMEA (m/f/d) Sealing Technology

Our client is a globally operating specialist for the development, production and distribution of innovative sealing solutions for industrial use. The group generates worldwide annual sales in the triple-digit million range and employs several thousand people. We are searching a technically experienced Product Line Manager (m/f/d) for the field of “Mechanical Seals”. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing short and long-term strategies for the product line in EMEA, to ensure consistent and profitable growth in sales and earnings. This work can be done from your office at home.

Ihre Aufgaben

Develop and implement a regional product line strategy for "Mechanical Seals" in EMEA
Responsible for the entire product life cycle including market and competitive analysis, development, production, services, end-of-life management
Participate in creating a competitive pricing policy based on market, competition and price analysis
Analyze special customer needs in EMEA and develop proposals for portfolio expansion or new developments
Identify marketing requirements and provide suitable media and training to the sales organization

Ihr Profil

Successful completion of technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering) or a comparable background
Several years of professional experience in either product management or technical marketing for a technology solution manufacturer
Expertise in the field of mechanical seals or rotating machinery and equipment would be ideal
Competence in understanding market requirements and incorporating these into strategically developing the product portfolio
Able to work comfortably in a cross-cultural team, communicate excellently in English, and be willing to travel in EMEA (up to 50%)
