Our client develops, manufactures and markets innovative system solutions for functional kitchen interiors that inspire customers worldwide. With more than 1,500 employees the company is a market leader in kitchen sinks, granite sinks, low-pressure taps, accessories and waste bins. Within the Group the Sales & Category Controlling division is responsible for all sales analyses and category management worldwide.

In order to strengthen this team of five highly qualified employees, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Category Controller (m/f/d), ideally from the consumer goods sector, to start as soon as possible. You will be the “Big Data Specialist (m/f/d)” for all matters in sales and categories, and provide advice on equal footing to the global sales and product management teams.

Ihre Aufgaben

Business partner who presents and explains the results (KPI & analytics) including opportunities and risks
Deep dives and deviation analysis
Action and performance tracking
Planning, budgeting and forecasting
Preparation of decision proposals
Drive the implementation of the strategy
Create/analyse market and category profit management tools
Optimize process and performance in the operating units

Ihr Profil

University degree with focus on international business, business administration, controlling or business mathematics
Several years’ experience in controlling in an international company
Experience in SAP (AfO, CO, SAC)
Experience in business intelligence systems and office tools
Solid analytical thinking
Strong communication skills
Very good written and spoken German and English
